1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Manitoba.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Raffle Name

Oyate Beds For Kids 50/50 Draw

3. Cause

Every ticket you purchase helps fund lumber and materials for our Beds For Kids program, which builds and donates bed frames to children without one. Together, we can ensure that no child has to sleep on the floor

4. Dates & Draw Information

Draw Deadline

Ticket sales deadline: February 28, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m.

Draw: March 2, 2026 at 09:00:00 a.m.

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased. Any changes to the raffle license must first receive approval from LGCA.

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).

All ticket holders are welcome to atend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at htps://oyatetipi.rafflenexus.com/winners on March 2, 2026

5. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by Oyate Tipi Cumini Yape and will have until 4:00pm on March 16, 2026 to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed by this time then Oyate Tipi Comuni Yape will retain the prize.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

The employees of Oyate Tipi Cumini Yape are not eligible to win prizes.

7. Privacy

Oyate Tipi Cumini Yape does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

8. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: finance@oyatetipi.com. Complaints can also be brought to the LGCA.

9. Other

Please email our team at finance@oyatetipi.com should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
